I made some Christmas presents out of it. I crocheted bathrobes and did laundry to wash the dishes. I also made cotton pads for facial cleansing and some bookmarks. It worked very well alone and in combination with chunky yarn. The two packs were great value for money. I love the combination of white and yellow, it works well in many different projects! It's not the softest yarn, but I enjoy working with it. Definitely recommend!

This is the only cotton yarn I use and I love this color but it's small so I ordered two. In the photo, the yarn on the right is much darker than on the left. It seems "dirty" which I have never seen before. I understand there are some muted colors, but bright colors don't have a POP effect either. This yarn is terrible. First, it's not very soft, but that's not a problem. The main problem is that the yarn is not tightly twisted and looks more like a bundle of skeins twisted together than a skein. When knitting, the threads diverge, and the hook sticks to them. This means pulling through individual strands instead of the whole thread, leading to pull through problems, having to go back and forth and very frustrating. I bought this yarn to teach my grandchildren how to crochet. It turned out they were too young to learn to crochet, so we did finger knitting for girls, which became finger knitting for boys. They loved bright colors and made necklaces, bracelets and even rings with and without pony beads. Wonderful, fun activity for all of us. When I left, they did more for their friends.
