GOOD QUALITY BETA-ALANINE IS A VERY EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE

I have been using Carnosyn brand Beta-Alanine for a while. I've bought other products from Bulk Supplements with good results, but I was a bit hesitant to buy beta-alanine from them as it's not Carnosyn. Internet discussions have suggested that only Carnosyn branded products are actually beta-alanine (and of course the internet is the most reliable source of information) but I have not been able to confirm this as actual fact and not marketing hype. . . This is my first experience of Beta Alanine on the recommendation of a friend but overall I've had great success and enjoyment so far. At first, I followed the guidelines for how much to take while clearly forgetting my milligram to gram conversion. The recommended serving size is 500mg, which is 0.5g. I often workout after work and am trying to gain strength, so I started looking for pre-workout supplements to give me energy after a long day would give. The downside of most store bought supplements is that they have so many fillers and they ALL have LOTS of caffeine (which I can't take in the afternoon when I want to get a good night's sleep).
