Item did not arrive as a 4 piece set as described and what I paid for. Received 2 hair products but not 2 pumps. Disappointed and returned.

I did not need them immediately but I pre-ordered them. So fast forward about a month and I open them up for use. I had to trim the pumps because they were too long and didn't even fit in a bottle but the real problem is after I put the pumps in and in the shower. When I showered I noticed they were both shampoo. I didn't even get conditioner so imagine my disappointment when I stand in the shower and realize I have no conditioner but two shampoos. Super disappointed!

I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner set, was very excited to finally be able to take my old time shower again...pumps in that were sooooo long and barely pushed out...shower with my set and find BOTH CONDITIONERS! Ahhhh. So much for my excitement. Super screwed up. I'll try to contact someone (? Is that even possible?) to get the shampoo. I love this brand of shampoo. I got a lot of it and was very excited, but this product didn't seem to work like my salon original. It seems to have made my hair greasy. (maybe it was just me) The smell was still amazing but I don't use it that often, what's the point of using shampoo if it doesn't look like you washed your hair

Product expired, pump was not included, after I requested a pump there was no communication. I received the pumps shortly after they didn't look like the picture and didn't fit the bottles.
