Description of Stiletto Shock B28-1253 πŸ‘  by Burly Brand - 13-1/2 inch

Created to give your HD the attitude and suspension travel that a proper cafe, scrambler, or post-apocalyptic bike needs. The high performance damper is wrapped in dual springs. Main spring absorbs big hits and prevents bottoming, while the secondary coil smoothest out minor road imperfections. Provides a plush ride that's not afraid to play rough. May require modification to exhaust brackets to open up clearance for belt.

Damn good replacement for shock absorbers!

Two-stage springs run smoothly and the +1 inch length has raised my bike to a good height for me. Great price and first class workmanship on these shock absorbers. .ig/ @Lane_h73

Fair - Shock Absorber

Unbelievable Difference! It's like riding a brand new bike! Perfect fit for my 2010 Dyna Wide Glide. Absolutely spun me into a corner quickly spinning past a professional motorcyclist! Do not doubt yourself when buying! You will be 100% satisfied, I guarantee that. Not to mention they look amazing!

Not suitable for FXDX. Fits chassis

I entered my year, make and model and based on that information these shocks should fit but they don't. The shocks look very good, but I was disappointed that I had to go to a motorcycle shop and order various upper shock bolts, wait for them to arrive and install them. So be careful if you have a Harley FXDX, it will not work without buying additional parts.

Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options

The best hit for your money.

Been on my '08 Harley Dyna Lowrider for 6 months. I'm a big guy at 350 pounds and the clearance is holding up really well. Very comparable to shock absorbers which cost 2-3 times more. I ride a little harder on city streets (the streets I live on aren't well maintained. The streets are very narrow and tight turns are required) and these shocks meet all the standards I need for well-balanced shocks. I highly recommend them if you want to lift your bike without any additional systems.

Definitely about stock.

On FXDB 2014 Great entry level over stock shocks. I bought them with no expectations and I was still amazed. They are comfortable and also very cheap compared to other brands in this range. They absorb the worst impacts from the biggest potholes on Las Vegas streets. However, remember that they are large. You won't have flat feet at around 5'10 with a 30" inseam. And they will bind your stock exhaust or slip-ons. I had to dimple the top of the jumpsuit to avoid contact. It was close enough that
