Pretty easy to put together! But after we've been together and had files in it, the bottom drawer now won't stay closed unless there's a piece of something stuck in it.

This piece of furniture is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I think if I looked at the dimensions I would know, but ok. It will be a good addition to the office.

It took some time to assemble but take your time and do it right. A couple of the screw holes weren't fully set, but that didn't affect the strength. Drawers slide out well. Do not use the filing cabinet as a shelf. The bottom of the boxes is not designed for weight.

Assembly is not difficult but tedious. Added wood glue to the pins because I don't trust flimsy cam screws. Gave 3 stars because it looks finished but doesn't last as long as real wood furniture. Expected a little better for the price.

The product itself is really fantastic but I'm giving 4 stars because I received the wrong color or the color not shown. I didn't realize it until my family had already put it together so will be keeping this set but the finish they sent me was a much grayer tone than the natural pine tone shown in the photo!

Beautiful cabinet! Very durable and heavy. Features a safety mechanism that allows only one drawer to be opened at a time to prevent tipping. It was quite a difficult building process, but if you take your time, the detailed instructions make it easy to put together. The drawers are for hanging file folders only, not for storage at the bottom of the drawers. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Ultimately, my mother is happy with this product. It's durable and she likes the way it looks. However, the kit included an extra set of screws but no nails so my brother had to go to the hardware store to buy the nails needed to finish the cabinet. Although the instructions were "pretty good," my brother said the boxes were difficult (and very convenient) to put together. For the price he thinks four stars is fair for this item.
