Decent up to 100 meters, but spend big on long distances.

what i expected from the reviews i read. Clarity is good enough for a 100 yard range in good light, but 45x is too much for this optic. I can see bullet holes better than with my high quality 9x scope, but not by much. A tripod can be used, but no better. Built in window mount which I didn't use but it's a bonus. The suitcase and bag are also very nice. Bought at a great price plus discount so overall the price was good but if I had paid full retail price I would probably return it. However, to

Really great deal on A.

A spotting scope with a solid body, 2 great carry/storage options and decent performance or a bargain price so to speak. The glass is very clear and crisp with no abnormal spots or blemishes as some have claimed. I don't have much experience with spotting scopes but there are basically 2 that I've spent time with and can use to compare. The first is Simmons, the second Leupold. The Bushnell is larger and has more power than the Leupold and the Simmons is a comparable size and power but inferior

Great spotting scope. Long range, solid construction, excellent tripod and window mount, good hard and soft case included! I use it for wildlife/bird watching and from my balcony to look out to sea. Dolphins, whales, seals and various birds, schools of fish and boats etc. The only downside is that it doesn't have an angled eyepiece. The 45 degree eyecup is a good option, but I knew what I needed to do for this purchase, so it's up to me. All in all a very well made, solid scope that seems to…

Inexpensive scope for optics

Bought the 20-60 x 65mm version. I wanted a scope my kids could tip over without my tears. The scope came in a remarkably strong, well lined, hard plastic case with heavy duty latches and a rubber grommet around the top. The included table tripod is quite cheap but lightweight and light enough. The window mount is an integral part of the tripod. A small screw holds the two parts together. Image quality is good at 20x, not the hyper-real image you would get with a $500+ scope, but good enough…
