Description of 🐾 Top-Rated Bushwhacker Deluxe Dog Barrier: Perfect Fit for Trucks, Large SUVs, Sedans - Reliable Pet Restraint Car Backseat Divider, Vehicle Gate, and Cargo Area Travel Trunk Mesh Net Screen Barricade

Barrier is made with scratch and tear resistant pet screen. All mesh design allows rear AC/heater vents to flow through barrier. Half inch light weight aluminum tubing maintains barriers shape and prevents dogs from squeezing over, under, or around barrier. Attaches to front seat headrest and either the seat belt mount or around car seat frame. Dimensions: 56" Width x 32" Height. Ideal for full-size sedans / trucks / Large SUV's. Too large? Consider our 50 inch model. Refer to second image for detailed dimensions. To determine if it will fit measure the width of your vehicles interior just below the headrests. If the width is more then 56 inches it will fit.

Pretty good, but maybe an inch or two wider/higher.

Easy to install, quality seems good. Easily removable when not needed or when the seats are folded down. Can be 2" wider/higher to fit perfectly behind the 2nd row in a 2000-2006 GMT800 SUV (Yukon/Tahoe/Escalade). If one intends to use it on medium to large sized dogs, I think that would be ideal. However, with small dogs or cats (which was the reason for my purchase) I think a pad or similar should be squeezed on the sides and I should add something on top as there is a 2 inch gap between…

Normal barrier, could be better

No big deal. Due to the way the straps are made with a ratchet, it's not easy to put on and take off. Because of this, insertion and removal is inconvenient. It would be better if they snapped in and then pulled out, especially the ones that wrap around the headrest. It would also be helpful to drive through a zip zone or something similar so that your passenger can easily reach your pet from behind in an emergency or give it food or water through it. Overall the fabric is good as expected but…

Barrier works best at Carriers & Travel Products

Use it in my 2014 Ford Expedition. It keeps my labs from coming forward and showing me how to ride. I use it to drive labs to and from the vet. It takes me maybe five minutes to install and half that time to uninstall. It fits behind the 2nd row seat. The main reason I chose this barrier over all the others was because I didn't want to leave marks on the roof of my car caused by other jammed barriers. This is all done with straps around the 2nd row seat and the barrier is held securely. this…

It seems like a good barrier for the Cherokee.

Received and installed it on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee today. The 56" size fits perfectly with some room on each side. While the only instructions included how to assemble it rather than install it, it's pretty self-explanatory. The 2017 Cherokees don't seem to have much room to draw. Straps around the metal base of the seat so I threaded them through the seat and it seems to have worked There were concerns about closing the rear seat vent controls but as you can see in both the photos of the

  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I won't say anything

I don't usually write reviews but I use them a lot when I shop online. I bought this splitter about a month and a half ago because my then 7 month old Great Dane pup didn't want to stay in the back seat of my F250 ATV. He would always come forward and sit on my wife's lap, or worse, on my lap while I was driving. Too dangerous so I went and bought a divider which was just a big net thinking it would just be a barrier and he would just realize he had to stay behind as that would stop him enough…

Thin and fastening straps are poorly constructed

Assembly and installation is quite easy, but once assembled the fragility of the barrier becomes evident. The fragility of the barrier means any dog over 45 pounds and over 24 inches tall can lower the top of the barrier and climb through the gap. The first time I tried to put her in, my Siberian passed me in the front seat. Another $30 invested in telescoping hood supports actually solved the problem. One piece instead of an adjustment clip and then a simple locking buckle. Once tightened, the

Almost perfect but definitely a keeper

We have a Cherokee Jeep and two dogs that we take everywhere. We take them to the dog park at least once a day. Pros: Easy to install. Durable and high quality material. Protects dogs and you in the event of an accident or when you need to step on the brakes. Dogs don't fly and hit you on the head. Keeps pet hair off the front seat backs (our dogs love to run and rub against the backrest, which causes dog hair to become embedded in the fabric of the car seat). more included on the back Cons…

Finally. Decent barrier that really works

I have had several different car barriers for dogs. From my first impressions I think this will be the last thing I should buy! I have a 70 lb Border/Golden mix who thinks he's a 10 lb lap dog and a 30 lb Australian Shepherd mix who thinks the same because of his ability to get in and out of things could well be a cat. Back to the barriers: there was a metal one with horizontal bars (awfully annoying as it rattles every time the car moves and my dog could stick his head in and gasp and drool in
