Great service for business opportunities in our industry

I like that it helps to create an online presence for my business as well as other companies in our industry. It also allows us access to many different marketing avenues such as email subscriptions and advertisements via google ads so we can reach more people than just those who come into our physical location. The customer service is not always great but they are working hard at improving this aspect of BLM. We have been able to get new customers by using BLL's services through facebook…

  • The customer service reps are not always helpful when it comes to our issues and the turn around time for getting issues resolved

Blm services is the best FREE online restaurant management app for restaurants and food business

I like that you can use this app for free to manage your business website or blog! You have access from anywhere with internet connection; it is easy as pie using all available features of BLM software which are user friendly (easy navigation). It's also very fast loading time when browsing my site through web browser in computer/laptop compared to any other similar products out there at present. User friendly solution: Business Listing Management

The level of customer service and responsiveness. The ability to make things work when they don't. I was working with an agency who was not doing a good job with their website and I was able to save my business money and get my website up and running with little effort. I did not have any problems. The only thing I can say is that they could make it easier to see if you have the correct information on your account. You just keep finding new uses every time we login into our dashboard now..we love how easy everything works together within one site instead having separate ones from each vendor.it saves us SO MUCH MONEY in commissions by being connected online!! Excellent solution 4 managing your IT services needs

A lot of benefits for my business to manage all aspects in one place! It saves me time as well so I can focus more energy into other things that are important too like client service/customer satisfaction etc.. The only thing is sometimes it lags or takes awhile before you see updates but thats just because there's always alot going through with this site which makes sense since we're dealing w our customers daily & have lots coming at us every day!! None really though-it does what its supposed
