I use these with a pair of Shimano SH-R065 shoes on my Peloton bike. Compared to the Peloton cleats, they give my foot a little more lateral movement when pedaling, which is good for my knees. Screws are no problem for me. I was just making sure I was tightening them well and not over-tightening.
