Cleans fairly well but you can use a few more rows of shorter bristles to clean your nails. A few more rows will make cleaning dirty nails much more effective.

I bought this brush hoping it would replace a worn one but it doesn't. The bristles are not hard enough for my taste. It may be good for a woman's hand, but not for a working man.

Came in almost the same condition as my used dirt brush. The bristles were deformed, possibly from shipping or just poor manufacturing. The "made in Vietnam" label says it's made out of crappy materials that are short-lived. Many Thanks.

The short bristles for under the nails are hard but are already falling off and breaking after a few uses. I bought this brush mainly for under the nails and as you know you can't put much pressure on the bristles under the nails so their stiffness is great. If you're looking for a scrubber with an effective under-the-nail side and very stiff bristles, this is it.
