Perfect fit for my 2008 Ford Escape

Revain have the best price on this filter of any of my local auto parts stores and with first class shipping it arrived super fast. I love the automatic delivery schedule that sends me another one every 6 months so I can always have a clean filter in my car.

Proper Air Filter for Ford Escape Hybrid

This is the correct air filter for a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. Auto parts dealers have twice sold me the wrong air filter so be careful and keep the receipt. I was offered $[.] dollars to order one from NAPA and $[.] to buy it from a Ford dealer. I don't remember the exact price but it was a lot less. Used immediately, very easy to do yourself.

. You can replace your car's engine air filter. Why compare with large household appliances? Just because you have to open something to get at it. On a 2006 Mariner Hybrid, lift the hood, look next to the battery and undo the 2 clips holding the filter cover. Remove the old filter and put in a new one. Replace the cover, latch the latches and lower the hood. Cost me less than $8 while the dealer wanted $30-40. If you replace that, you will likely need to replace the hybrid battery filter as…

Ideal for 2007 Mercury Mariner Hybrid engines. There's NO reason to pay anyone else to do it. Lots of tutorial videos etc if you can't figure it out. The replaced filter didn't look too dirty, just a few spots on the corners of the fins. I thought it might be very dirty, like the filter in a bagless vacuum or something.
