    Inexpensive and as good as OEM (2010 F150 5.4L)

    Knowing how poorly a body vacuum works when the filter is clogged, I think it makes sense to regularly plug the truck air filter change so he can breathe. Great filter, inexpensive and feels like an OEM

    Pretty cool and inexpensive

    I laughed when my dealer told me my air filter would cost $80 to replace. I bought and installed it for 11€. Seems to be working pretty well. Didn't notice any increase in mileage/power but oh well. Just wanted a cheap replacement for my air filter.

    Don't do it!: Filter

    I thought I needed a filter to match the Motorcraft FA-1883. Well maybe it is, maybe it isn't. It's not like this. I wish I had ordered Motorcraft at all. Just ordered 1 day after delivery, the filter is noticeably thinner and a little smaller on top of that. It works, but I'll throw it away once I get my Motorcraft. Lesson learned!

    Well Made Frame Filter - Fits 2010 Ford 150 5.4L

    I am a heavy user of frame air filters and have used them for many years. In my opinion, you get the best bang for your buck with Frame air filters. Nothing fancy, just a well made, perfectly fitted air filter that will last the same or longer than any OEM filter. I have and will continue to use them in all my vehicles until I stop driving. Needless to say, I have no hesitation in recommending this filter.

    Maybe good, but less filter media

    I went to change the filter and was surprised how much thinner and less material this filter is compared to the existing air filter. (Service Champion AF5642). I'm not sure if FRAM is taking a dime from each filter at the expense of my truck or if it's designed to allow proper airflow. Next replacement I will try another brand or spend more money. I thought I could trust all the positive reviews.

    Great deal air filter

    I can buy the same filter locally but at a much better price. I change my filters more often than the manual says. The manufacturer's entire focus is on reducing operating costs. So if they can shorten or extend an item's lifespan before they say it needs to be done, then it looks more appealing to some buyers. I'd rather spend the money and replace it before it gets too dirty. Great price and fast shipping from Revain.

    These are thoughts that immediately spring to mind after using and reusing this product for several years.     They have greatly reduced the cost of this filter and made it with 20-25% smaller filter material. I stay away in the future.

    Until recently this was a great product. I bought one today and they are now much thinner and much cheaper. They reduced the element's material by about 20 or 25%, so it's about 1/4 inch or so thick. and they added two sealing strips across the inlet side of the element. It's useless if the thing bursts or falls down. I wonder how much damage it will do? Anyway, I always write the date and mileage on them with a marker before changing them. So I'm going to know and let the people at the oil…
