So I probably should have started buying them a long time ago. Ideal for preventing brake cable wear or shifting gears on the bike.

Crushes easily, won't tear, lasts for several months. And I haven't died of poison poisoning yet from touching her. So far so good.

The colors are fun (although you'll probably never see them) and they seem to crimp well with wire-cut and side-cut needle nose pliers. They were installed on a bike cable that I use every day and work well.

I decided it was time to restore my 15 year old road bike and as the cable ends were long gone and the cables were badly worn, I decided to replace the cords and crimp new ends. After the agony of getting 1.2 and 1.6mm ends for two cables (and having to buy a ton of them for the TWO plugs I need) I found these that say they work for both fit. I had my doubts but I bought them. They fit both cable sizes!
