1 Inch Ratchet Cajun Tie Downs - 3 Point Tie Down for Jet Ski, Sea Doo & Wave Runner - 1 Inch X 8 Foot Review

I'm starting this review with the caveat that I've just gotten it running so can't confirm its durability but it seems solid. Good fit - like a well-positioned winch that reduces the risk of damaging the hull.

Not a bad option for the Sea Doo Spark 2up. The problem is that it seems very cheap. The ratchet will not withstand salt water and the strap will stretch and become thin. I could take one of the hooks and attach the other ratchet. I wouldn't trust it on a long journey or a bumpy road.

The concept of this strap is exactly what I needed and it's perfect for securing my jet ski to a trailer but the ratchet fell apart after only 2 freeway trips. When I stopped to refuel, I found the belt was pulling in the back. I would like to replace it, but I will not spend money on it.

Quality product but I bought it and a set of mirror straps and ended up replacing them with another set of mirrors. The Cajun made a dent in my Seadoo footpeg when installing it, and when I didn't tighten it enough to avoid the dent, a hook fell off. With this belt, too, I had to loosen it when cleaning. For the same price, they come with a crossbar.

I have a long jet ski so this works great as the ski end and trailer end are about the same. For short skis on a normal trailer, I see that they can be too short. I used to use 2 mounts on the back end and it's much more elegant. I wrap the buckle in an old washcloth and tie it with a small rubber band when I move it and it does a good job of preventing scratches.
