Ordered twice for employees. Seems to be working fine. I would give 5 stars but the rod extension locks are not as strong as I would like. But there are no real complaints.

Not sure. I bought 4 for a real estate agency and none of them work. We measured a room and a wall in duplicate in our office and each measurement was inaccurate by several (4+) inches on all trials.

Good reliable equipment. We keep this as one of our work carts when we need to survey a job site. This was purchased to replace an older version that had a broken handle. But I don't see that as a problem with this model in the foreseeable future.

This product is for indoor use. I bought two of these to measure the width of roads and sidewalks and both broke. I've used other similarly designed wheels and the handle locking mechanisms are bound to fail due to normal wear and tear, but I've had no problems with the metering function. It was just the opposite: the locking mechanisms are good, but the internal gears broke or shifted after being used on hard, somewhat uneven terrain. I've had it for a few months now. I need to measure and survey buildings for alarms, fire detectors and cameras and this product is perfect for my needs. I had one with a big 16 inch wheel that broke. This product has much smaller wheels and folds up so it's easy to store in my car and out of the way. Small twin wheels allow easy and stable movement. The arm is long enough to roll comfortably. The counter seems accurate but for what I do I don't need to be very accurate so I haven't tested it…
