I washed and air dried this as directed. After coming out of the wash it left rust marks on the collars in both places where the hardware is. The hardware on the rest of the apron appears to be of a different type and is not rusted. Apart from the rust on the collar, this is a good quality apron.

I really only wore them in the evenings, I knew that VIPs come to me and I wanted to look a little better when I go to the dining room. I've never tumble dried it and it's never been abused in real life in the kitchen. It happened in the washing machine. Damn. I thought it looked cute. But it wasn't even sturdy enough to be a "show" apron.

I bought this to replace an old worn out kitchen apron. It's very soft and flexible, which is important. I didn't want anything hard or tough. Large pockets make it easy to stow away a phone, dishes or kitchen towels. Smaller pockets will hold a meat thermometer or pen. The straps are quite long, easy to tie/untie. The neck strap is soft and doesn't irritate the neck at all.

Love it. I bought one for myself as I'm new to the kitchen and wanted something to cover up, but that looked good too. She is very functional, looks good, is VERY comfortable and loves functional pockets. I'm glad I chose blue as it hides blemishes. I am very impressed with the quality of the fabric and the overall fit. I will definitely be buying more as gifts. I'll look for napkins too.

The fabric is light, very soft but durable. I love the warm gray color, the adjustable neck and the tie in the front are the best! Incredibly comfortable, doesn't pinch your neck and is wide enough to cover the sides of your body for added protection. Wow! I don't usually think much about aprons, but this one really makes the difference when it comes to cooking and cleaning. The fabric is light enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing one of those X-ray protective shirts you wear to the dentist, but strong enough that I don't have to worry about ruining my clothes. I like it. I'm just a stay-at-home guy so I don't wash it 3 times a week and I won't fight a sous chef who says in the morning he's the Lizard King 2. But putting it on makes me feel like the lizard king. I highly recommend this apron if you want to feel like the lizard king cooking in the mornings at IHOP 2 on Sunset Boulevard.
