Mine came with an open box but I found all the parts in the box so I didn't include the box in the review. (Maybe this isn't a manufacturer issue.) I bought this because it looked like a foot file I used a few years ago. This file is durable and quickly removes dead skin. Very thin surface. The long handle makes it easy to reach the bottom of the foot. I will buy for my husband!
