🔌 1993-2004 Compatible Caltric Starter Solenoid Relay for Polaris Sportsman 500 and 600 Review

I replaced the solenoid with a Polaris 6x6 but it turned out to be no problem. No problem with the part that the new one fits well instead of the original. I was satisfied with the description and the item arrived quickly.

Works great. Looks just like an OEM part. The only problem is that the distance between the mounting holes is too far apart. Only one of the holes matches the holes in the battery compartment. I only reinstalled 1 screw which is enough for this small detail.

It did not fit my 2004 Polaris as advertised. I had to re-drill the mounting holes. The connector on the cable is not the same as on the car. I haven't fixed it yet, so I don't know if it will work

Installed on a 2004 Polaris 500 HO, had to change the mounting bracket a little as others have said which isn't a big deal, just bend it into the right orientation. Only problem was the relay failed within 10 uses, not working at all. Have used other Caltric parts with no problems, seems to have had no luck with this particular relay.

Item arrived quickly but NOTHING is like the item pictured. This will NOT directly replace the factory starter solenoid as there is no wire connected and the mounting bracket is incorrect. Actually, this is all wrong. In fact, I don't think it would even fit my Polaris Sportsman 500 6x6 at the factory with this setup, let alone need to drill new holes if it did.
