hesitate to buy because of the bad reviews. First, it's a cheap hose. But it works! If you're looking for something for HEAVY job yards or hooking up RV's etc, look elsewhere. You get what you pay for! I bought it and used it several times to fill my kids paddling pools and in my garden. It is excellent. No questions. I recommend if you are looking for a cheap hose for SMALL use. It also arrived a day later.

I purchased this hose as well as a faucet splitter so I can water my plants on and around the deck without my thick, bulky 3/4" " Unwind hose . Luckily, it has a handy mounting end so installation is easy. Despite the narrow diameter, it delivers a good amount of water. I didn't have a bad aftertaste and have drank from it many times while working outside, but did drain it a bit to wash it off. I would buy again.

This is a good hose and I haven't had any problems with the taste of the water. It's lightweight and works well.
