Cheap and probably ok for a light motorhome

Would not recommend for a heavier motorhome. I have a 36 foot train behind an RV trailer. I bought these and immediately noticed that the plastic pad slides easily if it doesn't fit under the RV tires. Then I accidentally rolled my camper over one of those wedges and my camper smashed it. Poorly! I replaced these pads with heavy duty black rubber pads. They are a bit more expensive but worth it. They hold up well and I feel like if I accidentally rolled the camper over the rubber pad it would…

Change Winter Tires on Subaru in 1 hour 15 minutes

This year I decided to buy better tools for changing winter tires rather than the jack and wrench that came with the car. The big red Torin hydraulic jack fits my 2005 Subaru Outback. The car can be raised quickly and easily, and to lower it simply turn the handle. The Performance Tool W32924 1/2" Impact Drive 1/2" Impact Drive 1/2" Ratchet Wrench 19mm Thin Wall Socket makes installing and removing lug nuts easy. Camco 44414 wheel chocks proved easier than putting rocks under the wheels. I had…

Great wedgie bro! Best in Garage & Shop

What can I say? These are the most wedge-shaped wedges on the web. If you are interested in a car tire chock, then this chock is for you! You may be more inclined to fit trailer tires. No problem! THIS is your wedge! Need to chock a caravan tire? No problem! We have a wedge! Engineers carefully shaped this wedge to wedge under the tire and hold all vehicles in place. That's great! I tried it with a cylinder before, but it was unsuccessful. Later I tried to use a cone but it just popped my tire.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Minor issues

NOT FOR USE ON YOUR TONGUE!

I originally ordered this to use as a tandem wheel chock but it was too big to fit between my trailer wheels. When I saw that it could also be used on a jack I decided to use it for that rather than using wooden blocks which would rot. Seems to be a good size and shape for the job. However, the first time I tried it, I had the pedestal in place and it looked like it was about to slide off the smooth, slippery surface of the pad. So I removed the support from the jack and lowered the jack into…

Perfect fit for my "not recommended use "

I bought these pads to use while working on vehicles. Basically, if the car lifts off the ground in any way, I don't want it to roll. My use is important as I don't intend to use them to prevent rolling over hills or slopes and I don't expect to put much pressure on them. I've seen reports of people breaking them, but I've crushed fairly strong metal products with a car so abuse will destroy the products, whatever they are. Use it right and these things are great. I would also like to add that…

Cons
  • Not all will fit
