Bought 4 about a month ago, all thrown away

Bought 4, all 4 lick if you don't tighten the lid like Hercules. I think they made the thread the same size and depth as their old Eddy caps but left out the ring that goes between the cap and bottle to hold the smaller spout cap so it's not a watertight seal unless , it's really tight. We've been using the CamelBak bite lid for years with no issues so I guess we figured out how to "make sure the lid is tight to prevent leaks" but with these new ones we've had two big leaks in just a few weeks…

Easy to clean and inexpensive

I drink little water most days so I take a water bottle to work with me hoping that when i see it on my desk i drink it throughout the day. I've tried many different bottles over the years, from the insulated stainless steel thermos (too many parts to clean) to the classic Nalgene. (could only be cleaned with a bottle brush stuck through the small neck) but so far I like the design of this bottle best. The wide mouth makes it very easy to clean with a brush or sponge and the drinking mechanism…

  • Loads of positive emotions
Cons
  • I have nothing wrong with it, everything is fine

I love this water bottle! I tested different strains for over a month before finally settling on CamelBak. I've been using Big Lots cheap refillable water bottles for at least 5 years. I wanted something with no bpa/bps (not sure if that applies to us yet, but decided to give it a try anyway). This bottle is great, I love it more every day. I bought 1 liter and also 0.75 liter. Water tastes much better, no plastic taste, just a fresh taste. I also drink more open spout water. I bring a jug of…

AMAZING bottle but some caps may have broken plastic

I've had a 1 liter bottle for a while. It just seemed too big for everyday use. I still enjoy using it on the go, but I needed something more convenient to use in the car, at my desk, or just around the neighborhood. I really liked the design of this CamelBak Chute mouthpiece. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I don't like slowing down when I'm on the move, so it became tiresome to stop for a drink to avoid splashing water on my face. I know I could get a bottle of CamelBak Eddy, but the idea of that…

Difficult to live without

I like this bottle. Had it for over a year and drove everywhere, walking and using public transport. He fell constantly, often on asphalt. Thrown in bag - never leaked. I poured more than 4 times a day, I drink often. I just ordered a new one. what became of my old one He fell out of my backpack and was hit by a tram. It hasn't even flowed yet! But the floor was dented so he could not stand upright on the surface. I used a cheap bottle for a few months before it broke and I'm glad to be back…

It leaks so much and doesn't stay clean

I don't know if I received a broken water bottle or if CamelBak has started lowering their quality standards. This bottle is leaking. Any time this bottle is not upright, it may leak. I keep a bottle in my backpack's bottle rack, bend down to pick something up off the floor, and feel the water trickle down my leg. I delayed writing a review for some time thinking the leak was my fault I just screwed the connector in wrong. But after a week of purposefully screwing the cap on as cleanly and…

Three simple attributes make this the best bottle in the world

Most of us have had many of these water bottles in our lives. Camelbak is no ordinary water bottle manufacturer. Rather, they develop the best solution. They were able to do this with this bottle based on just three simple features: 1. Angled spout: It bends away from the bottle. You might think it doesn't matter much. Wait while you drink from the bottle. You will notice it immediately. It's a good attitude but eye-catching and superior.2. Easy-Twist Cap: This fancy cap twists on and off, but…

Great water bottle although seals can be a downside.

This water bottle is my favorite water bottle I've ever owned. I've used it at school and at work. First impression: It's quite large, which is very important for those who drink as much water as I do. I can leave it on my desk and not have to refill it for about 2 hours, which is a huge improvement over refilling disposable bottles every hour. The neck of the bottle is excellent thanks to the internal thread. Its smooth surface makes it easier to clean and more comfortable to drink. The bottle

Great for those of us who hate straws or wide necks

I've been using this product for almost a year now and am very happy with it. Like many reviewers here, Chute was the result of a long search for water bottles that worked for me. Nalgene are good but too wide - they don't fit in a bottle cage and the wide opening causes sloshing and dripping. Anything with a straw or bite valve is difficult to clean. I've tried several snap spout models but found that they leak and don't wash well. I've looked at a few stainless steel models, but I'm pretty…
