Good and HOT Product for Computer Components

The only problem I have with this product is that the LEDs get hotter than the surface of the sun and glow red in less than 5 minutes. makes it difficult to create a surveillance system. There are solutions to reduce redness. All in all, this is a great camera.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide

Eyes Computer Components

Cool camera module to add to your robot kit. This device supports night vision and is great as a pointing camera or for one of the many tutorials available. I'm happy to have lots of units to craft, expand skills and find the best solution for each project. The 5 MP resolution provides an image suitable for precise aiming of the manipulator.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Faulty Camera in Computers & Accessories

I spent 8 hours banging my head on the wall trying to figure out a code and trying to get this camera to work with my Pi and Octoprint. In the end I decided it was a hardware issue. I sent it back for a replacement and it works like a charm right out of the box. This is a great camera if the one you get isn't broken.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No Instructions

Very important! - Computer accessories

This is a very good camera. There was no instruction in the package but the installation was very easy. You need to attach the infrared lights to the camera board with nuts and bolts. The camera board is on the back and the expansion boards are on the front. Good quality and good night vision for the money. The cable has pins towards the micro SD card. You can use the camera simply by programming it on your computer. If you ever have questions, the manufacturer really cares about you and will…

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • I have no complaints about it, everything is fine

the camera was defective - computer components

, I have never been able to get a stable picture from the camera. He jumped and stuttered and was unsuitable for the project I'm doing. I contacted the company and sent them a video of the problem and they told me it was my fault and I had to buy a 5V 2A power supply just to test it. I used the power supply that came with my Raspberry Pi 3 B+ (5V 2A Block) and it was still poor quality. jumping and falling. I have contacted the company to let them know the problem persists and I have not…

Cons

Didn't come full.

The picture shows it as a single piece mounted on a rectangular divider. Mine came without a BOB. I have a camera with a cable attached and two IR projectors, but there is nothing to attach them to. I reported this to Revane as a problem. Yes, I'm an EE guy, I have plenty of time for RPI projects and I can create a workaround, but be careful with the buyer. Paint me a very disappointed camper, not a food troll.

Pros
  • Nice appearance
Cons
  • Some flaws

That does not work! - Single board computer

So I got this to use my Octopi powered Raspberry Pi to monitor my 3D printer. I connected everything but there is no photo. I went through everything to try and get it working. I called one of my more tech savvy friends and she tried everything to get it working to no avail. We eventually determined that it was a hardware issue with the camera.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say

The picture quality is impressive

I sued this in one of my projects and the picture quality is really impressive and the quality of the product fits and works well with the Pi with no additional settings. Just turn on the camera module in the configuration to work with.

Pros
  • Fits a lot of people
Cons
  • Infinitely slow
