Works great with CAN FD

Reliable device, works great with CAN FD and classic CAN. There is Windows software that is easy to use for monitoring purposes. The difficulty lies in configuring CANFD with Socketcan on Linux to work with another CAN FD microcontroller (STM32 in my case). But everything works fine if socketcan setting is set correctly.

Pros
  • Supports all configurations of interrupts and USB port addresses
Cons
  • Not the best

Does it work with CAN FD

Someone's review says it doesn't work with CAN FD but I can confirm. I installed it with a car network running at 500kb with 2M bitrate can FD and it works great. I used the included PCan-View and was able to read/write data.

Pros
  • Compatible with USB 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0
Cons
  • Almost never

Doesn't work with CAN FD

Works with CAN 2.0. But does not work with CAN FD. If you want to use CAN FD I recommend Kavser products.

Pros
  • USB network adapter
Cons
  • Annoying
