Ideal ratio of nylon-to-spandex for supportive quality while avoiding the overbearing squeeze of high-compression fabrics. 27" Inseam and 12-Panel Design with flat seam stitch construction throughout for maximum comfort. Anatomically engineered knee articulation for optimal riding comfort. Ultra-soft double banded signature gripper for stay-put fit. 7" ankle zipper with reflective tape for increased visibility in low-light conditions. Big! good price

they are great! The gel seat is comfortable and hugs the body well, unlike the hard pads found in Bontragers. The zippers are of good quality and longer than pear-shaped raisins, making them easier to open. The reflective piping around the zipper is a nice feature. Good weight for fall-spring hikes.

  • very good price

Good light tights, versatile in a wide range of temperatures.

These are not thermal stockings. They're made of spandex with a long zipper at the ankle. I can start the ride at 45-50F with my feet down; When the day warms to 65F I can open and roll up the legs and turn them into "shorts". This is my second pair of Canari tights and they are better than the first pair thanks to the better material and longer calf zip. Very diverse

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Very expensive

A very good quality. Good padding. The size is a little tight.

They are very good. Soft, warm, well padded (I have the Pearl Izumi shorts with slightly better padding) and very useful zips at the bottom. I even had a fall and they were quite protective (even if it's not for their intended purpose). I paid $30, very good price. I expect they will go up in price as they continue to get good reviews. I bought the size L, according to the size chart. They are just ok, probably XL would have been better.

Decent tights; not for long trips

These are the cheapest tights so I wasn't expecting much. They block the wind pretty well and keep me warm until about 50 (I ride about 20 mph). The suede is a bit lacking, but is enough for an hour's ride. In terms of size, I wear trousers in size 31x33. The tights are a little roomy at my waist, but I can tighten them up with the drawstring that is included. They are a bit short on my feet, ending three inches above my shoes. I wear long socks and this solves any length problem. This is a…

Good pants for the money

I have been using Canari products for about 10 years, mainly cycling pants. They fit me well, are very comfortable for many hours of travel and are reasonably priced. I live in the Bay Area and during the weekdays I usually ride my bike around 5:30 am. In winter, at this time of the day, the temperature drops to 30 degrees, and sometimes even below zero. These tights always keep me warm on these trips. In summer the temperature is around 70 degrees and they don't overheat. In fact, they absorb…

Fit is a little tight on the shins, material quality is thin/light

I'm 5ft 9" and 170lbs and the large size fits me very well (I have medium sized feet). The padding is of decent quality, but the material of the leggings is thin/lightweight to the point where it offers very little insulation/warmth. I only wear tights in temperatures < 50 degrees, so warmth is an expected benefit of this type of clothing. I have a pair of Sugoi Midzero RC Pro tights, which are much better quality and offer excellent warmth (albeit at $70 instead of the $40 canaries here)…

  • Absolutely great!

Excellent goods! L long enough for .

Great product! The L is long enough to fit my 34 inch inseam, but there is an obvious stretch. I think XL would probably suit the length I need better. Fits snugly to the hips 24 inches. If your waist size is 36 jeans, you should choose size XL. If you are 34 years old I would recommend size L. High quality construction and gel padding of the same type as Canari's gel shorts, perfectly functional and comfortable. I bought them to wear in cooler weather but not in cold weather. They are not made

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Update available

Good, not great, not bad. Simply good.

Probably because I'm more into padding than tights. I realize I'm not a big fan of gel, it feels stiff when compressed. Although I don't like thick foam pads either. Sleek and minimalist, but I prefer more. Seems to be finding a problem. Although Aero Tech Designs had a pair of perfect cycling shorts. Too bad they don't have the same padding in tights. Anyway, I'm 6'0" and 205 pounds. Size XL fits me perfectly, a bit long in the upper body, maybe reaching to the belly button. Not a big deal…

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Suitable for short and medium trips. 50+ miles get an additional seat.

Second pair I've bought. These are quality pants. I would like to comment on the length as I am picky about that. These pants fit me right between the knee and the ankle. They do not reach the ankles and are not shorts. Therefore, there is a lot of talk about whether a gel pillow is better or worse for long trips. Let me know I don't have natural cushioning and is extremely uncomfortable riding a road bike even for short rides. I have used these pants for longer rides of 20-30 miles and they…
