There are deviations, generally tolerable.

Paired with R6, it takes great pictures (I apologize to the pros, I switched from crop), Γ· 60 f4. Different pros: Compact and lightweight, this +R6 f4 kit. With its cons: Up to 50 has a strong distortion, a barrel at the edges of the codra, in C1 there is no (at the time of January 21), black in the corners light, (21) everything rules.

If necessary, order the correct lens adapter.

I had to return the lens because I didn't order the right adapter. I recently bought another lens and hopefully the right adapter.

An excellent lightweight lens that produces great photos.

This is an excellent lens, light weight with a very comfortable focal length, fast and quiet autofocus and very sharp. What more could you want from a lens? I bought it with a Canon RP but haven't used it for a while as I also have an RF 24-105L. Decided to use it as a light touring lens and was very impressed with the photos it produces. This lens is great for handheld or tripod shooting.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • No insurance

A good, practical lens for walking.

A few times cheaper than the f4 version, this is a serious budget zoom lens that's a great option for everyday use. Images are sharp, no major issues, autofocus is fast, stabilization works well, and it's even fairly light. Like all compromises it has its pros and cons but honestly if you know the difference between this version and the f4 version you know you are not getting L glass, you should expect L glass. The reality is this is a great little lens for the price.

The second one works fine (Beware Revain shipping)

I ordered this lens for my Canon EOS R5 because I couldn't get the EF-RF adapter. I also needed a lens of that focal length. The first arrived DOA. I kept getting an error message. I even called Canon tech support and couldn't get the lens to work. The item has been returned for an exchange. (See below for more information on how Revain ships.) I probably won't buy another Canon product from Revain. Canon does not seal their boxes and my Revain replacement was sent in its original packaging and

Same quality images for 1/3 price f4L

Okay some people object to my title but listen to me. I've had this lens for about a month. I use it on EOS RP. I used to have an RF 24-105 f4L and also an EF 24-105 f4L IS USM with an adapter on my camera. For landscape photography outdoors and on vacation I found that both the RF f4L version and the EF lenses were long and heavy and severely unbalanced when used with the RP. Using the grip extender helped with balance a bit, but I still found the lenses uncomfortable from hanging around my…
