Canoodles Tulip Abstract Needlepoint Kit Review

After I put it to the test, I found this needlepoint kit to be a joy to work on. The abstract tulip design is stunning and the kit comes with plenty of thread to complete the project. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The only downside is that the canvas could be a bit thicker to prevent warping, but overall, this is a great kit for beginners or experienced stitchers alike.

I really wanted to like it. I was looking for something simple so I could practice sewing without doing anything after a long hiatus. If you don't care about being really accurate (which has a lot to do with the needle), then there's nothing wrong with that. I think the main problem is that it's a drawn canvas with curved lines, which would be easier to be really good if there was a chart too. If the pattern was just geometric with straight lines, it wouldn't be a problem for a perfectionist…
