Saves the day when storing an open bottle of wine on its side in the fridge. Not airtight so the wine doesn't go bad, but they are airtight. The fun design and lettering make it a cute addition to a housewarming gift for your wine loving friends.

WOW. These things definitely work as advertised. We rarely leave a bottle unfinished, but when we do it's nice to know you can put it back on its side in the fridge and not have to go into the mess later. A word of warning, if the foil around the neck is lost at all, the wine may seep under the foil and come out. This happened to me once and although the leak was very minor I knew it wouldn't happen again. Now all we need is more choice.

I bought a set of CapaBunga wine bottle seals after my daughter lent me one to seal a wine bottle. Impressive seal and I tested it to see if it leaks by putting water in an empty wine bottle then shaking it over the sink. Not a drop came out! I'd prefer them to be simple, but the humorous expressions on them are pretty cute.

So far I've stuffed these sealants on both wine and champagne bottles (the latter is a bit more difficult but still doable). It doesn't matter whether the bottle is lying sideways or upside down in the fridge (and I've tried both with different bottles), it is absolutely leakproof. It seals well as it promises and has aged very well so far. The material still stretches and seals tight and I foresee too many liquor bottles in my future well stored for another day of drinking.
