This product is so small I'm convinced they sent us a child's shoe. Maybe we were, I really don't know because the tag matches the order and the shoes aren't even close to the right size (that's about half my daughter's foot!). I was able to try on ballet flats at a local dance shop. So when I ordered them I already knew they would fit as I ordered the same brand and size. They fit my size. I wear women's street shoes in size 9.5 and am 9.5 m tall. But I know my feet have always been very average. Not too wide, not too narrow, just general and average. I will always recommend going to a local store first, at least trying on shoes before buying online, especially if you are concerned you do NOT have the stereotypically
