I bought £12 and next to it is a port freight for £4 for comparison. Great for knocking DDG out of the bunker. I've only used it a couple of times so this isn't a long term review. For what I use it for and where I'm going I want the grip to be about half the size. But I probably could have spent more time looking here but couldn't turn down this price.

Three hard hits with this hammer and the wheel made a soft crack, and on the next hit the tire came off completely. The benefit of this tool is that it has all the weight to get the job done without scratching the surface.

These are durable hammers that should last for many decades if you're not trying to hammer nails with them. The grip is *light* but slippery, but I think the deep ribs on the grip counteract that. A previous reviewer complained about small holes in the rubber. It's a dead sledgehammer, not a work of art, who cares, you hardly see them! As for the hammer, it's great with a lead shot in the middle, it transfers all the energy to the hit object with almost no rebound, it's almost like an instant double hit!
