I like how easy it was for me as an office manager (or anyone else)to set up each lobby or area we had in our building with my profile information (email address). It also helped us send out reminders when someone entered one of those areas even if they did not have authorization through another program such as Active Directory at work! Nothing really. The program was easy enough for our small staff (3) to use with little training or support from the team at capsure HQ as we had hoped it would be! We are able to view who's been inside, when they were there, etc., which helps us keep track of time off so no one has unauthorized visits during work hours without notifying someone first. I wish it had more options than just "All" versus specific groups like managers vs others etc - but this works great overall!
