Phone does everything advertised

My wife is hard of hearing, closed captioning is very helpful when talking to someone on the phone, adjustable ringtone and other features are also a great benefit

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Some difficulties

I can't hear messages

I can hear well but I couldn't hear my messages and neither could anyone else in the room. I tried calling CaptionCall but they didn't give me any information on how to adjust the volume. They actually asked for my name, address and phone number and ended the call.

Pros
  • handy
Cons
  • no instructions

Waste Of Time - Phones And Accessories

Called the number provided to set up service for my grandmother and was told the phone already belongs to someone else and cannot be transferred. The only solution I was offered was to pay for the phone to be sent back to the manufacturing company and ask for a refund. Never could speak to a gram and now she's gone It was a terrible waste of time.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Long time

Perfect! for phones and accessories

Excellent phone. Does what it promises. In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by its accuracy. Sometimes the captions are wrong, but it's pretty obvious when they are, and it mostly happens with people's names (e.g. Caitlyn, Caitlyn, Caitlyn), but I guess how on earth knows a phone, which spelling to use. Definitely recommend this phone to anyone with hearing problems.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

I would recommend this phone to most people with hearing impairments.

This product was used on a 98 year old male with hearing problems. This article is suitable for most people with hearing difficulties, but if you are 98 years old she cannot tap the phone book button with her fingers and scroll up and down with her fingers to find the correct contact name. She also had trouble dialing because the dial pad was too small.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • No form required

Now I can use my phone again

The phone allows me to use my phone again to hear or read what is being said and easily communicate with whoever I am on the phone or who is calling me. My landline or mobile phone was not loud enough to hear someone speaking on the phone. With this phone, I can turn the volume up loud enough to hear the other person. At the same time, or with a very slight delay, I can read what is being said to me. When the volume is turned up there is a slight distortion. I don't know if it's my hearing or…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Available in white only
