Although this item says to fit F-150, F-250, F-350 2004-2016, IT WILL NOT FIT! The factory ignition cylinder cover DOES NOT allow the key/fob to be fully inserted into the ignition cylinder. Most modern cars with key fobs have a way to program 3 (or more) keys yourself. You always need 2 keys already programmed in the car to have this work. Most methods of obtaining these keys result in a fee of over 100 between purchase and programming. This is inevitable when you only have one key.
