Fast and safe! fits gear

I use 4 of these to trailer mount my UTV. I used S hooks through the vise clamped bolt holes so they could be moved between different loads and trailers. I attach the ends of the hooks to the attachment points on the trailer, then attach the straps to my load, snap it in and done! Unloading is even quicker, and since they stow in my truck, they don't disappear when I'm on the road.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

A buckle broke on first use.

I use them to tie a Polaris RZR to my trailer. Noticed in the picture is that the toggle switch that connects the strap to the ratchet system has broken out of the ratchet and is now on the side. I thought it might be a coincidence but I know the next two sets I bought did the same thing. Thanks to Revain they gave me my money back and now I'm sending it back to be withdrawn from Amazon because it's cheap crap!

Good quality so far

Excellent value for money. Saves time. Good quality so far. I also bought/tried a competing brand from Reese. They literally broke after three uses. Serious. 2 months after purchase. So I dropped the "blue" tag and bought another pair of these. I also have a boatbuckle set. You are fine too. Just don't follow Reese's path. As soon as you take the chasubles out of the box you will realize that they are cheap.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Low repairability

Basically good good for ratcheting

They're incredibly easy to install if your trailer is steel. They are even easier to use, making life a lot easier. I use them to strap on the Can Am Commander Max, which is a huge UTV. The only downside is the strap itself, which is a bit thin. They are basically harnesses with a hook on the end which makes me wonder how long they will last. I hope they last forever, but let's see what happens with prolonged exposure to the elements.

  • Absolutely amazing!

It's AWESOME!: Tarps and Fixings

Unbelievable. I had them in my trailer for about 2 years. If they ever wear out or break I will have no hesitation in buying them again. I would ignore other reviews that say they are broken because they obviously don't care about the thing. I live in Phoenix Arizona and the trailer is exposed to over 120 degrees and we love snow hiking so they can withstand any weather and hold up great. I also use these straps for other trailer materials. When you attach them to your trailer make sure you do…

Best item for UTV/ATV assembly

My buddy told me about a product his family business uses for his boat trailers, I liked the idea and thought I'd see if anyone made something similar, it turns out, the same company did. I immediately bought 4 to use in my new trailer with my new RZR. They work great and are easy to use. Securing the RZR is very easy and you don't have to worry about extra straps. The attachment point is only 1 screw (I used grade 8 screws which I bought separately just in case) which allows the unit to pivot…

Very convenient, saves time.

I ordered 4 packs because we drive the ATV to the site every day. These ratchets make tying easier. No more straps hanging and tangling everywhere. In addition, they are always installed exactly where they are needed. They extend freely and return with a ratchet mechanism. I only gave 3 stars because of the durability. After about a month of use, the return spring will weaken and not always retract. You have to play with the handle to make it roll back. This has happened 2 out of 4 times so…

Pros
  • One screw Fixed installation
Cons
  • Negative present

Nice but not great.

The range of movement of the ratchet is very limited, making it difficult to use. let me explain. The ratchet handle is either in the open position, which allows the strap to unwind, or in the locked position, where you must place the handle once you have tightened the load. In between is a free play area where you tighten the belt tighter (think a socket wrench and how it wobbles). Vibration of two teeth can occur in this area. That is not enough. The ratchet handle keeps getting stuck in one…

Good work! I wish they had lasted longer.

When new they are exactly what you expect. I have them on an aluminum motorcycle trailer that I often use several times a week and they make it easy to lock up the bikes. I love these things! (at least when new). When I pick up a bike people are always amazed at how well these straps work with the Condor wheel chock. Be aware that your caravan will not last forever if left outside. They'll look old in no time and you'll need to oil them to make them work properly. My only real concern is that…

Pros
  • Double security lock
Cons
  • Big and chunky
