I couldn't decide which paper cutter to try so I chose this one because I didn't want to pay more than a hundred dollars for a paper cutter. It suits my needs perfectly! I just wanted to try making my own agenda paper using a magazine punch I found at Revain and this paper cutter does the job perfectly! I don't usually bother to write reviews so the fact that I'm in favor of this cutter says a lot. I'm very picky when it comes to cutters and have tried them all. I hate rotary cutters because they shift your page and can't be accurate. I hate Fiskars chain cutters because their plastic arms flex and wiggle in a jagged, straight line if squeezed too hard.
