Hoof bandage with a really strange texture. Very sticky and difficult to comb. I'm not sure if I got the bum show or if that's how it's supposed to be.

This is an excellent product that has stood the test of time. Moistens the hooves and inhibits bacterial/fungal growth. For added benefits, also purchase cornucrecin ointment to cover cracked hooves and prevent them from progressing. I like the clove smell of this stuff compared to other hoof balms.

First of all, this seems like a decent product with list of ingredients. The consistency is just enough to stay in place but runny enough to cover well. I only use it on the coronal band and heel. It has a strong but not unpleasant smell. My horse carefully inspected his front legs after they were put on, and for a moment I was afraid he might try to lick the bandage.
