🚗 CARROFIX 4 Flat to 7 Way Round Trailer Light Adapter with Reverse Plug and Mounting Bracket: Efficient and Reliable Review

I hooked this up to my 4th flat on my car and 7th round on my boat trailer and all my headlights - high beam, turn signals, brake and turn signals - worked great. Exactly what I needed!

The harness appears to be well made and works fine 4-5 times. I have used it so far. The included bracket is also of good quality. I recommend if you need this type of connection.

My truck is connected to a 4-pin connector. My trailer has a 7-pin connector. I bought it to attach to my trailer hitch. It plugs straight into my 4 pin connector and now I have the option to use one of them. I don't have trailer brakes. My only complaint is that the braces are longer than they should be, sticking out too much. It can be shorter.

This product does NOT work. The trailer plug requires this type of connection not only for lighting/signals, but also for charging the trailer battery and actuating the trailer brakes. This device does NOT do this and none of the family features activated when I attached it to my 4 pig tails. This product is totally useless and doesn't work!

I hooked this up to my van, the thing didn't even do its job. There were no lights or anything like that in the trailer. I decided to take a van and install a trailer brake and someone also installed a seven way brake by plugging it in. I wouldn't buy this product as it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. At least not on my car, a 2010 Honda Odyssey.

I liked using this adapter, but was quickly disappointed after connecting it. The light in my caravan was not working properly. I considered sending it back but decided to take it apart and compare it to the connection diagram on the product box. It was found that the brown/tailed wire and the yellow/left wire were swapped on the 7-pin side of the device. Fixed manufacturer's assembly (sloppiness) and it works as intended. What a problem for someone to return this product as the manufacturer…
