They are very sharp

They did a poor job carving basswood, walnut or other popular tools, they generate a lot of lint and are difficult to work at any speed for my 4000 or my smaller tools.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • There is nothing here

Nice and sharp! in woodcrafts

I was only able to test them quickly, but they worked admirably. At low speeds they will try to follow the grain like most, but at high speeds they will eat right away and drop the wood. It would be nice if they came in a small box instead of a bag, but that's not the case. big deal

Pros
  • Useful for more than intended purpose
Cons
  • embarrassing

Nice to have on hand but not great

I'm not overly impressed with these little things. For me they worked best on dry hardwood when my Dremel 4000 was at full power (rpm). On softer woods like pine, regardless of RPM, it would tear the wood, leaving a rough surface with lots of attached but hanging fibers. I'm not sure I'll really use these bits in my woodworking because I have other tools that work better and are in the same price range.

Pros
  • Crafts and sewing
Cons
  • No instructions

Sharp, light and strong, just what you need for CNC wood carving

This is a verified purchase. Speeds in the range from 2400 rpm to 7200 rpm. They worked with a variety of woods, but encountered some unexpected difficulties with grade 1 acrylic resin. All in all, if you're interested in CNC carving, this is a great kit to get started with. user or as a substitute. I highly recommend these beats.

Pros
  • Kraft
Cons
  • Legacy

You need a steady hand

Watching the video, I saw that this is a different type of wood carving tool. On the video, of course, everything looked easy. I started making a decorative spoon but put it aside. It had many curves, shapes and details. I pulled it out as an experiment. Lime was used first. Light, soft and not very grainy. Wood raises the fibers when carving. Especially when I used a racquet. To get good results, you need a firm and steady hand. I like how fast you can cut, but I need a bit of practice on…

Pros
  • Wood carving tools
Cons
  • Non-automatic
