Runs a little big. I have a small 5 lb Chihuahua who is tall and has a solid chest/abdomen. She doesn't have an ounce of fat on her. After trying it on her and realizing it was large, I washed and dried it hoping it would shrink. This is not the case, it has retained its size, shape and color very well. I know she can't go down a size so all I have to do is hem my back and come through.

I bought 5 of these sweatshirts for my dogs ranging from XL to S. This is a quality sweatshirt for your dog, it fits very well and he loves it. The smallest of the five wears it all the time, as he only weighs 13 pounds he freezes and feels warm and comfortable in it. I've washed them all, especially the red one because Vixen wears them all the time and they don't lose their shape or shrink. Would recommend to anyone who loves quality clothes for their dogs at an affordable price.

I am raising a 9 lb 4 oz Italian Greyhound. Its length from the neck to the base of the tail is 12 inches. Bust 17 inches. This hoodie is almost perfect. Remember that greyhounds have a deep chest and a tiny back half. Pretty difficult to match. I ordered a small one. Zack & Zoey Small Size Sweatshirt runs MUCH small and will be returned. My dog couldn't breathe the Zack & Zoey sweatshirt was so tight. The size is far far away for this brand. It's damn good though. The hood is too short to fit…
