🪑 Casual Home 18" Director's Chair: Black Frame & Wheat Canvas - Stylish & Comfortable Seating Option Review

Bought as a gift for my daughter's riding coach. My daughter (120 pounds) sat in the chair to check it out once delivery took place and the chair broke! Returned quickly and do not recommend this product.

I would leave zero stars if I could - I never leave a review, especially a negative one, but this was a terrible purchase. Faulty chair, not strong at all, has a tear in the leg and I've tried to contact support several times over the past two months and they keep giving me excuses and asking for the 'part number' of the chair. broken chair leg (no part number on anything) so I've sent a photo but haven't had a reply yet. And they don't seem to accept returns. So 100€ for nothing.

Please do not buy these chairs. Although the construction appears solid, there are flaws in the design. When you lay the cloth seat down, the footrest holes will not line up. They deviate 1/4 inch. Removing the canvas seat will align the footrest holes perfectly, but then you won't be able to attach the canvas seat because it's about 1/4 inch shorter. I'm stuck with what I have. The rest are in the queue and I can't figure out how to cancel the order. I hate giving a bad review for this product

Based on the negative reviews I was a little apprehensive about ordering this chair but I ordered it anyway and am glad I did. I needed a new desk chair and on a college student's budget this fitted the bill. I received the chair in solid black fabric and frame and it's great. The only small issue is that some of the wood has minor damage, but the damaged area is on the underside of the hinge on the armrests.
