Product exactly as described and comes with extra grub screws. However, my cat doesn't just scratch the corners of the chair, so it's not that helpful. I will be buying 20 gauge clear vinyl and a set of screw pins to get a better finish at a lower price. You should have done that first.

My cats didn't tear up my new couch and chairs. Only every now and then I find one of the screw pins that hold it to the ground. Not sir if the cats are pulling them or are they just not okay? Still a great product. Ordered more because they went higher to scratch it. Stop it!

The downside is that the packaging states that it is not suitable for skin. It wasn't listed anywhere from what I saw in the description on the computer.
