I was a little worried about the quality when I ordered this straightening stand. Received it today, just a few parts left to assemble and it was ready to use. I screwed the wheel in and everything worked.

For most of my life I have worked in a bike shop occasionally and have always used bike racks. I recently decided to retire from the bike industry and decided to set up my own stand. This stand is beautiful to look at, easy to use and appears to be well made.

Update. I reported a defect on the first item, got a replacement and it works great and is really nice. 4 stars instead of 5 because the instructions didn't come with it. I think if you order one of these you should know what you are doing. I just got this and it's beautiful, but the rim brake calipers wobble from side to side so I don't know when they're centered. There weren't any instructions or guides, so I can't figure out if there's an adjustment I should or could make.

I have to say I'm really impressed! The CAPABILITY of this device far surpasses the Parktool. I've used the sensor before, but I didn't use it on my first bike that I tried it on. I have my 1st wheel on thin paper! A piece of crappy bike I bought from HILAND here on Amazon had their bike wheel delivered wobbly. It costs $80 on aliexpress plus $40 shipping. Compared to the [MAJOR BRAND] coaster we have at work, I use it every time. MUCH better build quality, MUCH better fit and finish, MUCH nicer all around and MUCH less money. This stand is actually made from billet aluminum that is machined with smooth, soft corners and then sandblasted to a smooth texture. As I found out after purchasing this straightening stand, it doesn't have the rigidity needed to use clockwork indicators. So better buy a cheaper and stiffer non-clock type display.
