Perfect size for a small area of carpet that has been scratched. I use a piece of carpet tape to hold it in place. The problem is solved.

I wasn't too impressed with its durability. The cats used them. But they didn't last as long as I would have liked. The groove distance between the lines is slightly longer than normal cat scratching posts.
