Catskill Craftsmen Super Finger Grooves Review

The board itself is beautiful. but that's nonsense. Even after several weeks of oiling and care, it was already warped. I could live with that. But after a couple of months, huge cracks appear on it. There are obvious problems with him. and it's also obvious why they only accept returns within the first 30 days. I would NOT buy this again. better look elsewhere.

I have had the board for more than 7 years. I use it almost every day and use both mineral oil and walnut oil for maintenance. I also flip the board and use the back side - there's no point in just using "top". It was a little less finished but took the entire ten minutes and 200 sandoairs to just fix it. The box is beautiful and durable, no doubt about that. I had a few issues, otherwise it would have been a simple 5 star. It arrived completely dry and without oil. This stove is a beautiful thing. The only thing I think is most important is that you have to season the block properly.
