The wrist strap on the back of the case is a must for tablets 8 inches and larger.

Great case for my 8 inch Samsung Galaxy Tap A. Other reviews mention varying degrees of difficulty in attaching the silicone piece. case and it fits perfectly. You just have to calm down and put it on your tablet. The Galaxy is very thin and difficult to hold in your hand, and the SM-T290's body gives you the ability to hold onto something without touching the screen with your thumbs. I have a strap that fits my arm, but most of the time I just hold it instead of putting my hand in it. If you…

The tablet is too difficult to insert

The lid was very difficult to open and very difficult to insert the tablet and close the case properly - too many small protrusions on the edges. I also thought from the description that the windscreen would be protected, but it is not. There was only a frame around the screen and the screen was exposed. I ended up sending this item back.

So great we bought 2

We have a larger version of the tablet for our older sons. Now I will only buy them. Leather bags with flaps are disappointing. We broke the iPad when the leather sleeve broke. Never again. Can be cumbersome, but I'm not trying to substitute another tablet.

A good product. Fair price

Bought little by little, the one I bought came with a defect. Read some reviews about a hard install but it wasn't that hard. This is a really reliable product and I really like the handle on the back. No complaints at all. Happy with the purchase.
