Zaius Insight Tracks and Analyzes Customer Behavior

The ability for us as marketers is that we can reach out directly to each customer individually.We are able now to see their journey in real time so that when they do interact or engage from another channel such as social media etc.,we know exactly what content/campaign would be most relevant at any given point along this path! This allows me personally to understand my customers better because I am seeing how effective certain messages have been vs others which has made all aspects more…

Takes off stress related with tracking our progress

I like the ability to be able to see all of the different areas of the business and what is being done in those areas. It is a very robust tool and I have seen a lot of changes in the last year. It is very easy to use and navigate. It is not as robust as I would like. There are some areas that I would like to see more options to be able to do what I want to do. I would recommend that you give it a try. I am able to see what is being done in different areas of the business and what is being done

Good all-inclusive platform for prospect data collection

I like that we can see where people are clicking from so that helps us understand what is working for them in their journey through this platform versus not! It would be nice if there was more reporting/data features but overall this tool has worked well over time for my organization. We have had some issues when adding new users since they don't provide any training or onboarding process. If you're looking at ways to increase your efficiency then look no further than using an abm solution. The

  • You get pretty thorough information about how prospects interact with different aspects within our app, website etc..You also receive notifications throughout out journeys wether it's coming back up again because someone clicked something else related OR just re visited one feature such adn email signup page after 1 year later..pretty cool stuff !!! :) AND IT'
