Centcom Virtual Call Center Review

I like how easy it was to set up, as well as use! It's very intuitive for both users new or experienced alike - no need of training required (it really helped me save time). The fact there are many features within this software makes searching through them all easier than if they were in separate systems/apps such as emailing contacts directly after calls have been placed etc., which saves valuable minutes when contacting multiple people at once!!
