These exercises are terrible. I ordered a 19/32 half inch shank. I received a 3/4 shank bit marked 19/32 but size 5/8. Nobody orders a 32-inch bit unless they need it exactly the right size. Not that it mattered as it tarnished in a mild steel plate immediately after use. The seller refused to refund the money even though they had sent the wrong item and the drill was of such poor quality that I wouldn't even call it a drill.
