Suitable for thin plug ends

Suitable for cables with thin ends such as curling irons and laptops. But the alignment doesn't work well with phone chargers and the like; They compete for space. They also hang down so we can't use the top outlet as the plug is flush with the wall. We ended up using three single-socket converters that we've bought more often.

Pros
  • Easy handling
Cons
  • boring packaging

Better forget it in power converters

I had high expectations for this product: it wasn't bulky, it had three sockets and it wasn't very heavy. The reason this product was so terrible was that it was very difficult to keep the plugs in any of the three branches. The standard iPhone charger that comes with your phone doesn't stay inside, even if you place it in the main compartment face-out. On top of that, the compactness backfires a bit, as the top socket is too close to the wall, leaving most plugs stuck in the wall and staying…

Botswana and South Africa did a great job

Just got back from 10 days in Botswana (Hwai, Delta, Kasane/Chobe - if you go you'll love it!) and 1 night back in South Africa (Johannesburg). works great. Having three inserts per adapter was very good as they didn't have a lot of outlets and you could charge multiple devices at the same time. I was able to use it in a few places in Zimbabwe, but they most likely had a G style instead of an M, and nowhere did Zim only have M, only sometimes both (so Zim really needs a G). My old G only had…

Great product at a great price.

Be warned - this will NOT convert the electricity to allow a 110v hair dryer to work in Europe. If you need a converter, you'll need the more expensive options available. I needed an adapter that would allow me to plug in and charge cell phone and laptop chargers while traveling in Europe. As both have their own power converters and run either 110 or 220-240 this was perfect. The fact that there were multiple outlets for US plugs was great as I was able to plug both items into one. I took an…

Falls out of the socket

We were traveling in Greece and although the product worked you had to twist it to fit and stay in place while charging. The adapter can fall out of the wall if you don't put anything under it to prevent it from falling out of the socket. Pretty annoying. Plugs in Greece seem to have some sort of locking mechanism to keep the adapter in place, but they don't support such a feature. I will definitely check it out before I go abroad again. Do not get me wrong. The product worked and charged our…

Great UNEDUNDERED adapter for the price!

Our 120/220 VAC computer power supply and two 120/220 VAC battery chargers have American spade connectors that cannot be used in Europe unless you use an adapter. This Ceptics 3 ungrounded outlet adapter was used in Barcelona, Spain, Paris, France and most of Portugal during our recent tour of these countries. Where the older ship gave no ground and we found plenty in Europe; We used this adapter. It worked like a charm as we were able to connect the power bank and two chargers together. The…

Unbelievable price, more than enough connections

Considering the price of the product I think it's worth the price. The product came in neat packaging, looks exactly like the photo. I use it as a daily driver at home and it works as it should. The item seems solid. However, there are a few things I should probably mention that someone will find useful. When I plugged in the UK plug, it was quite difficult to plug in the first time. I had to push it in with some force to get it right. The same scenario happened when plugging in the Australian…

Essential Gear on Power Converters

If you're traveling to South Africa with lots of cameras, laptops, tablets and more, you'll love one of these. A 110V AC plug on three surfaces: front, top and bottom. You never know when there might be more than one (if you can find one) free wall outlet for all your goodies. With this gadget you can multiply a free plugin with three useful plugins for your stuff. The only small problem is the third middle plate, which is attached close to the edge. The plastic housing prevents some plugs…

It worked great for iPhone and iPad.

I bought this to keep my devices charged in Switzerland. It worked well on iPhone and iPad with a 2-pin power adapter that you then plug into a Lightning USB cable, and on my Kindle. However, when I tried to plug in my Macbook's power adapter, the Mac wouldn't charge - instead of a solid green light to indicate it was charging, or amber to indicate it was charging, it showed a blinking green light. When I got home I took everything to the Apple Genius bar and it turned out that the power supply
