So glad I chose this long cord model

Just took it to Ireland where we stayed in old hotels and guesthouses. It was lucky because these old rooms have few outlets and they are all in the wrong place. I could charge everything at the same time. I'm very glad I chose this long cord model. Yes, it takes up a little more room in my luggage, but it gave me more flexibility in using it. I keep it in my luggage for future trips.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Minor issues

Works great, very helpful!

This product has been used throughout Portugal and has worked great. Solid, sturdy construction but not heavy. The short cord is ideal for travel and is easy to store, although sometimes you wish the cord was 60cm instead of 30cm. Most places we stayed didn't have many outlets, so having 3 plugs on an extension cord was a big plus. This item made charging all of our electronics easy and is definitely a must-have item. The seller was quick and made sure we were happy.

Pros
  • Quality construction

Good solution for adapter overload

Very high quality assembly. Much easier than carrying around multiple adapters and plugs, and it avoids searching for limited outlets. I had to move furniture, turn off lights etc just to get access to European sockets which were always in short supply. All you need is an adapter for the country you are visiting. The cable is quite stiff (a testament to the device's rugged construction) and as others have said, it's probably not ideal for ultra-light travel. However, it doesn't take up much…

Pros
  • nice little thing
Cons
  • crumpled

Questionable safety, construction and design

Photos speak volumes. There are no strain reliefs on the cable and the outer jacket has already fallen out of the housing. Expect limited use to wear down the internal wires and expose you to dangerous voltages. The socket design used a more economical design (required fewer pins) but allowed various objects to fall into it. Baby's fingers can easily touch the contacts. Arrival in New Zealand.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Legacy model

A special needs thing, at least for me.

Because my mother got sick a few months ago, I had to spend the nights at her house and sleep on her couch. There are no outlets nearby and I needed an extension cord that only had a couple of outlets plugged into it. All requirements were thus fully met. I use it every night to charge my phone and laptop while lying in my new "bed". I didn't need or want to pay for six or eight outlets as was often suggested. Devices with only two or three outlets are usually plugged directly into a wall…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Modern

PERFECT for international travel

I was traveling in China a few years ago and met a few people in my tour group who mentioned that they brought their own extension cords, which I thought was a great idea so I didn't only when traveling are there sometimes limited sockets, you only need an adapter. Fast forward to last summer when I wanted to go to Italy. I knew I wanted to bring an extension cord, but I knew I couldn't just bring an old one from home, so I spent hours researching and reading reviews. I finally stumbled across…

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • So so
