We bought a double pack. They came with no packaging, no papers or instructions, 2 different filters, one had a small tear at the top but was still usable. I contacted the seller and he said this is a new manufacturer. an old one, a new one. My husband installed, for 3 days we had gray muddy water. has never happened.

Very standard packaging. No labels or instructions. The center of the top and bottom is not the same as OEM. These parts usually have a small hole in them. It comes with a large opening. Very questionable quality. The water has an aftertaste that is unlike the fresh taste of a spa filter. Also slightly higher than OEM. I want my money back!

I have purchased this item twice over the years. However, after my last purchase in another month, I will NEVER buy this product again. This filter leaves a chlorine taste in the water that does not go away. We seriously wondered if it was added to the filter as our water doesn't usually taste that strong. 1 day after installation we removed it and replaced it with a filter bought from Menards. The water is perfect now.
